Acceptance of your case is dependent on verification that there is no conflict of interest where an attorney would be unable to represent you.

Attorney fees are billed at rates from $350 to $400 per hour depending on the particular attorney involved. While you are not obligated to continue our representation, you will be responsible for all time and costs accrued, including the initial consultation at the above rates. Occasionally the attorney will use other attorneys and legal assistants in the firm to assist him or her with your case and these will be included in our fees. Legal assistant rates range from $110 to $200 per hour. Fees include consultation, work performed on your matter, factual and legal research, telephone conversations, and any other time spent in furtherance of your matter. Copy charges, long distance charges, filing fees, and any other expenses associated with your matter are additional costs. While we make every attempt to keep our fees and costs fair and reasonable, we make no representation as to the time and costs associated with your matter. We make every attempt to provide you a monthly bill to keep you apprised of the fees and costs accrued.
